Taiji for Balance is a simplified taiji form intended to help folks improve their balance and thus prevent falls.
Based on parts of the Guang Ping Yang style, it was developed by Lucy Bartimole.

In these videos, the instructor performs the movements twice (a "double set"),
in both the traditional direction, and in the "mirrored" direction.

In the front view, the mirrored direction is first, followed by traditional direction.
In the rear view, traditional direction is first, followed by the mirrored direction.
The intention is to help students following the video to imitate the instructor's movements.
There is no sound on these videos.
